Shiatsu and Tui Na massage.

Shiatsu is a style of bodywork that originated in Japan while Tui Na originated in China. Both are a form of massage that specifically work along the acupuncture meridians to restore the healthy flow of energy throughout the body. These styles can not only help with muscle and joint issues, but chronic issues like insomnia, headaches, and constipation.

Cupping.

Cupping is an ancient therapeutic practice that uses strong suction to pull toxins up and out of the body while increasing circulation in the targeted area. Cupping helps bring blood to the muscle layer to relieve muscle discomfort and internal imbalances that cause pain and disease.
